Native American Pendant Double Strand Turquoise, Jasper, Sterling Necklace
This awesome necklace has as its focal a genuine 1 11/16" x 1 1/8" Turquoise Native American vintage pendant. The pendant was made by David Umpleby and is signed "sterling", "DEU" and "Made in Santa Fe" on the all sterling back. Umpleby is well known for his beautiful silver work and use of wonderful turquoise & gemstones. His artistic Native American jewelry is highly collectible and most often sold by high end Native American shops in the southwest.
The balance of the necklace is composed of double strand Turquoise nuggets measuring 10 x 14mm and 10.5 x 5mm Turquoise rice beads. Giving the turquoise a nice contrasting element are 8mm and 4mm Poppy Jasper beads and Bali Sterling Daisy and Star spacers. This 22 1/2" long necklace ends with gorgeous Bali Sterling Cones and Bali Sterling twisted rope style toggle clasp. You will not be disappointed with this lovely Southwestern style necklace. I am not sure of the location of the turquoise mine, but it is natural American.
