The focal of this necklace is a lovely 1 3/16" X 1 1/2" Large Vintage Sterling Filigree Heart The heart is hollow with floral cutouts making it lightweight. I purchased this pendant in the late 80's so it is a lovely vintage piece. I added 6mm Natural Deep Red Garnet semi-precious gemstones beads, cultured Freshwater Pearls and Bali Sterling Filigree Bi-cone beads to create a stunning piece. This 18" necklace is closed with a Bali Sterling decorative heart clasp. Give this heart and your heart to that special loved one on Valentine's Day, a January Birthday or any special occasion.
