Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. Our items are guaranteed, if anything is wrong with your item, not caused in shipment, you may return it for a free repair. Please don't hesitate to email us with your problem.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.
To return an item, send an email to:
Kaminski Jewelry Designs@gmail.com with subject line KJD Return and explain what you are returning and reason for return. You will get a reply ASAP with permission to return and the address where you will return your package.
Your return should be placed securely in its original package or similar safe padded package with the gift box or cardboard box to prevent postal damage.
Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as Kaminski Jewelry Designs will not be responsible for returned items not received.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will determine if it is acceptable, we will then process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least five (5) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Custom orders are not returnable as we will be in contact with you throughout design and production process to secure your approval. Also, clearance items will not be accepted for return.
